We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,95 € per order.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Delivery to Switzerland:
For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend you to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken care of by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price.
To do this, proceed as follows:
1. simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
2. with the personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address you can now create a customer account in our online store.
3. place your order in our store using your personal vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address.
4. please use as shipping AND billing address only:

In addition to the address to MeinEinkauf GmbH, please also pay attention to your payment method.
5. all order and shipping information will be automatically forwarded from your vorname.nachname@meineinkauf.ch email address to your private email address.
The MeinEinkauf.ch team stays informed about the status of your order at the same time in order to send it to your address in Switzerland as soon as possible.
You can check the status of your order approx. 48 hours after receipt at
www.meineinkauf.ch under "My orders".
6. you pay your ordered goods directly in our store. With your goods you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

Further details on payment
Payment by invoice is possible under the following condition:
only for customers from Germany and for amounts between 1,50 Euro and 1500,--.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 30 days.
If payment is to be made via an SEPA base debit note or an SEPA corporate debit note, you authorise us to collect the billing amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please ensure that the account in question possesses sufficient covering funds on the due date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
